Free Will… Is there such?
Do you believe that every single breath you took was already been written in a book somewhere someplace, even before you were born?
Do you believe that every single thought you had was already been setup to pass your mind with an exact successions - in that book even before you were born?
Do you believe that every single road you took today was already been chosen for you – in that book even before you were born?
Do you believe that the person you will be in your forty was already been made – in that book even before you were born?
Do you believe that the menu for your last breakfast was already been prepared – in that book even before you were born?
Do you believe that the people you will see everyday when you wake up was already been introduced to you – in that book even before you were born?
Do you believe that the Death already made an appointment to you – in that book even before you were born?
So… Do you believe in freewill…? Who chooses the way you think?

doh doh, robin, dikau tambah wise aja, ngambil kuliah apaan di sing sana bin hihihi... hmmm, interesting questions mac. setoedjoe bgt dengan robin dah! by the way, my opinion is that everyone has their own free will, everyone is creating their own decisions, but the outcomes are not theirs to decide. that's why you were told to try your best and pray, but leave the result. if everything is predetermined then we wouldn't be told that. but it's just my opinion.

Nope, I don't believe in any of those :).
Do you believe that every single road you took today was already been chosen for you – in that book even before you were born?
-Robin: You got it upside down my man...The book contains a writing about what we have chosen and what we will choose, and not vice versa.
Do you believe that the person you will be in your forty was already been made – in that book even before you were born?
-Robin: How about if a person is not married until he died? Does it mean that someone up there didn't prepare anyone for that poor guy?
How about you marry a bitch then your marriage collapses? It's written for us? No right?
According to the book that I believe and my logic, it's still our choice. Whether you pick the right person or a bitch is your pick. We cannot blame our lousy life because everything is our choice. Even in Genie story, Genie cannot make someone to love somebody.
Someone up there just gives partner for certain "chosen people" only.
So… Do you believe in freewill…? Who chooses the way you think?
- Robin: I ceratinly believe it. Whether you are going to heaven or hell is your choice. Someone up there has an open door. Whether you wanna choose to accept His offer, it's your choice.

Hi there,
Hmm very tricky and classic questions, but it's clairvoyantly deep.
What if i said that the end is the beginning and the beginning is the end ... ?? so in a way it's true that every things in the universe are intermingle with each other .. but .. it is also true that whatever it is you named it, that occasions have been pre-determined to happen.
You are describing a "fee will" as a detail on each occasion of human life, ... let's have a prespective that "free will" is another level of human consciousness, that is to make everything in the universe keep in balance, .. in other word whatever it is your path of life is .. at the end it will be OK, .. if you have the faith on it ...

Hi,
Interesting questions.
Might you be blending the question of Fate with the question of Freedom of the Will just a little too much?
I for one, believe that free will is an illusion. I believe that everything happens as a result of a chain of events, and so a free will is a non-sense impossibility.
People are the result of their heredity and teaching... innate combined with learned. Anything else would have to come out of the thin blue sky, and that would be randomness... erg, no freedom to our will.
